Description
After a wild night, Shakes, an amiable, alcoholic bozo, wakes in Palukaville to find he's been framed for murder. The other suspects include a pack of rodeo clowns, a gang of mimes, and an ambitious party clown with eyes for Shakes' sweet-heart.
