Bumbling private investigator Bubba Mabry will take any assignment to pay the rent, so when JG offers him some serious cash to protect a mystery client from an overzealous reporter, Bubba thinks he has it made. Unfortunately, he gets more than he bargained for when he discovers his client is Elvis, aka "Mr. Aaron" who has faked his death and is planning a comeback. When the case takes a wild twist and the reporter turns up dead, Bubba ends up as the prime suspect. He enlists the help of street-wise Rodent for some quick answers. Now, Detective Romero, Captain Morgan, the beautiful Bambi Gamble, a sexy tabloid editor, Felicia Quattlebau, are all hot on Bubba's tail.
